Exchange Policy:

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Exchanges are only allowed in case of a clear manufacturing defect, reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The customer must send a clear video showing the defect within the specified period.

• Opened, used, or unoriginally packaged products will not be accepted.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of an exchange.
